Championship Manager 5 reviewed

Once upon a time there was a game called Championship Manager. It was good. Eventually,
Sports Interactive, who made the game, partnered up with Eidos, who published the game. Then the contract ended and, for reasons that continue to baffle, Eidos ended up with the rights to the Championship Manager name. Sports Interactive continued to develop Championship Manager, which is now called Football Manager, or Worldwide Soccer Manager, depending on where you live, and Eidos now release a game called Championship Manager. Still with us? Good.

Sports Interactive are the undisputed kings of soccer management. Nobody can seemingly take their crown. EA have tried and failed. Eidos have now attempted the task, with their first non-SI usage of the Championship Manager name, and it sounds like SI have nothing to fear from their former paymasters. Another pretender to the crown falls short. Next!
