Sony PSP accessories start to get silly

There comes a time in every device's life when someone has to stand up and say enough is enough. The Sony PSP has had its share of acessories since its launch; but does anyone feel like the lineup has been a bit extreme?

Take the PSP Amplifier as an example. Isn't the console big enough without attaching a huge woofer to the top of it?
Then there's the PSPodium. I still haven't been able to figure out what that thing's for. And the
solar cells are a nice touch, but where am I going to put them? I don't carry a purse anymore since my wife complained.

Hell, I'm still looking for a good hard case to slip my PSP into. Once we get that down, I'll consider the other bells and whistles.
