It started in France, as do so many things, like wine... Erm... The Tour De France... And it's done the rounds of the net. A screenshot, reportedly from the next gen Grand Theft Auto.

Well, turns out it's a hoax. A fact confirmed by Rockstar themselves. They took a few minutes out of their schedule for upsetting Hilary Clinton to confirm that the shot is a fake.
