The MF Digital Baxter: rip 25 music CDs at a time

So you've cast aside your curmudgeonly ways and joined the digital music revolution. Great, now prepare to fester in media-switch-hell as you rip your CD library one-by-one — that is, unless you get your hands on an MF Digital Baxter.
No, it's not the CD drive left at the altar—just plunk 25 of your CDs into the caddy, select batch rip, and watch that robotic arm strip your polycarb collection down to MP3 or WMA digital goodness. Each disc takes about 5 minutes to rip depending upon your PC's processor and you can even drop the digital files smack dab on your music player as long as it can act like a direct storage device. Er, except the iPod which requires iTunes to transfer music. Take solace in knowing it will also duplicate a stack of Blockbuster's your DVDs. With a list price of $895US, you might want to buy one for the dorm and then start up a (legal) ripping service to pay off Sallie Mae.
