Eskape Labs myTV.PVR USB tuner/DVR for Macs

If you're a Mac user looking to score some vids to play on that
new iPod, here's another option:
Eskape Labs has added the myTV.PVR to the small field of Mac-compatible tuner/DVR combos. The $149 external unit plugs into the USB port on any Mac, and saves video to your hard drive in MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 formats. It's basically a Mac-specific version of Hauppauge's WinTV-PVR-USB2, painted white and given a cutesy name, since that's evidently what the folks at Eskape (a division of Hauppauge with a cutesy name) think it takes to sell to the Mac market.
