Record directly to your iPod with iKEY

The iKEY lets you record audio – from any audio source – directly to your iPod. Just connect your iPod, select your audio source (via RCA jacks) and click the record button. Your audio is saved as both an Mp3 and a WAV file on your iPod (or any other USB storage device). Each time you click record, a new pair of Mp3 and WAV files is created. Choose between 128Kbps, 192Kbps or 256Kbps for MP3s, or uncompressed WAVs.

As far as I can tell, the iKEY just treats your iPod as a storage device, meaning you won't be able to listen to your recordings as soon as you make them. Also, it runs on 4AA batteries. I'd be interested to know how long they'd last. The iKEY will cost you $230US and is shipping now.
