Engadget is holding a charity, gaming auction, sending the proceeds to Save Darfur, a non-profit working to end the genocide in that region. The winning bid nets you and your friends a two-hour Gears of War session with Major Nelson and the Engadget staff. (Yes, Engadget understands the odd juxtaposition of virtual killing for actual peace, but the event had been planned before readers picked the charity.)

The no-reserve auction lasts a week. Bidding is open.
