WarTech: Senko no Ronde is confusing

Somewhere, at the heart of this video, there exists a game. It's clear to us that there are two opposing forces shooting at one another. We can see that, and it's something we support. What we're having trouble grasping, however, is everything else. At one point in the video, one mech becomes a massive giant. The other mech subsequently transforms into what appears to be an airplane. WarTech: Senko no Ronde is, without a doubt, one of the more unique games available for the Xbox 360. Often described as a 2D Virtual On, it looks like it could be pretty fun. The only thing we question is Ubisoft's decision to put a $60 price tag on what is essentially a Dreamcast game (Senko no Ronde was created on Naomi, an arcade board based on Dreamcast hardware).

Would you be willing to pay $60 for Senko no Ronde? What if Ubisoft lowered the price?
