Joystiq tries Call of Duty 4 single player

Joystiq recently got to lay their hands on the Call of Duty 4 single player campaign, one of the less explored aspects of the game. Many players have had a chance to give multiplayer a try thanks to the multiplayer beta that ended last month. Overall, the largest impression gathered about the game is that it is not necessarily realistic, but hovers more closely to straight up action. Joystiq comments on its grand sense of scale and fast paced combat. A plodding, strategic affair it isn't, apparently. Still, regardless of the action focus, the game seems to present a solid single player campaign that FPS fans should be excited to play. Head over to Joystiq for full impressions.
