FCC outs Ogo in new 3G CDMA flavor?

Seems IXI mobile is up to something as the FCC has outed what may well be a CDMA Ogo. This would be the first OGO device that packs any type of 3G love, but sadly, the pics are currently hidden away under a confidentiality agreement. However, we did manage to find the label positioning doc that tells us oh so much -- pssst, we added the logo for clarity. We did hit up some PR from Revol Wireless about plans for the EV-DO Ogo2.0 in the States, here's hoping it is getting closer to reality. We've not heard anything at CES but will definitely see if we can get any more info before the show is done.
