Bornakk — Gems and enchants on old gear
There is currently an issue that we are aware of where gems and enchantments are missing from items that had them before we released patch 3.3.3 this week. This appears to be affecting some equipment that was acquired before the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. We are planning to resolve this during the next maintenance on Tuesday, March 30th, and recommend that you do not try to gem or re-gem any of this gear until after that time. We will provide further updates if this situation changes.


Nethaera — The Escapist March madness
After having emerged victorious in 2 rounds already, Blizzard is this time facing games developer "Bungie" in round 3 of The Escapist's March Mayhem Developer's Showdown 2010. To show your support for Blizzard, you can head over and vote in the link provided below. Each round only lasts 48 hours, and voting for Round 3 will open at 9pm CET today.

Slorkuz — Random BG queues bugged
Actually, you're not too far off with guessing it is a bug.

We have in fact identified a bug with the random battleground queuing system and queues for specific battlegrounds. The bug results in specific BG queues taking longer than normally expected due to some issues when the system is picking eligible players from both the random BG queue and the specific BG queue . We are currently working on a hotfix for this issue, and will hopefully be pushing said fix live within a day or two.
