Wunderlist Pro goes live for iOS, Mac and web, priced at $50 per year (video)
6Wunderkinder let us know last week that it was entering the big leagues of task management with Wunderlist Pro, and today it's possible for us to follow along. The company's first premium service is now available for those running the iOS, Mac and web apps, albeit with a slightly higher than anticipated $50 yearly subscription price alongside the $5 monthly option. As a reminder, Pro users get the ability to assign tasks to others, add an unlimited number of subtasks and choose from eight more backgrounds. Both file attachments and sharing are coming soon, 6Wunderkinder adds, while Android and Windows iterations of the Pro version are also on the company's very own to-do list.

Wunderlist Pro Arrives Today
BERLIN, GERMANY - Thursday, 25 April 2013 - Today, 6Wunderkinder, announces the arrival of Wunderlist Pro, the first premium model of the cross platform productivity app, that places the emphasis on team collaboration. • Assigning – now you can add an extra level of accountability and assign tasks to your colleagues and friends.
• Unlimited subtasks – sometimes the task on hand is so big that you need to break it down into small manageable subtasks. Now you can add as little or as many needed to get the job done.
• Backgrounds – Wunderlist Pro subscribers will have access to eight new backgrounds - from a minimal dark wood and soothing sands to vibrant florals and the Paris cityscape, plus a whole lot more!
This is just the beginning new features will continue to be added to Wunderlist Pro on a regular basis. In fact, Files will be the next feature to be added to Wunderlist Pro. With the support of Files you will be able to attach files to a task and share with your colleagues, for improved collaboration outside of just the to-dos.
Wunderlist Pro arrives at the same time as a major update to Wunderlist. Free users can expect host of improvements to the UI including the arrival of the Action Bar.
