Dell leaks a (minor) doc on the Axim X51 and X51v

It's not some big huge deal or anything, but Dell dropped a PDF with some info on their forthcoming X51 and X51v handhelds (the first official confirmation, if you've been paying attention). Basically we're looking at a 4.7 x 2.9 x 0.66-inch 6-ounce device with a 624MHz Intel Xscale CPU, 64MB RAM, 128MB flash, and a 3.7-inch display; sound familiar at all? Well, would it really be that huge of a surprise if the boys at Dell just gave the X50v a Windows Mobile 5.0 upgrade and they called it a day? Oh, and if we're to believe an Aximsite forum post, the device could be launched as early as, um, today! [Warning: PDF link—no doy!]
