Qisda is the OEM arm of BenQ. this is not "another e-reader" but the same as that previously announced by BenQ. Qisda offers it now for re-branding. not only is it "possible" it will be rebadged- that's the whole point.
Also the interesting bit about the whole thing- missed here by Engadget- is that it's Auo/Sipix epaper.
The phone has 256MB of RAM and a 1GHz processor, which do the job reasonably well, though the Anna interface will likely leave something to be desired for many smartphone users.
