Who should I follow on Twitter? Apple fans
Welcome back to "Who should I follow?" where we troll the webs for nice large groups of Twitter accounts for you to follow. Today, we've got everyone's favorite (or least favorite, they generate some pretty steamy reactions) Cupertino-based company: Apple. You may not know this, but Apple itself has no official presence on Twitter, and the only real account we know any Apple employee to have belongs to Scott Forstall, who mysteriously signed up a few weeks ago, and has yet to Twitter a single Tweet. Sigh. Anyway, we've compiled the biggest, best list we could for you of journalists, pundits, fanboys and websites alike -- but as always, feel free to suggest additions in the comments!

Lol
@Gayguywhohappenstolikegadgets Follow Apple Fans? So basically follow every Engadget editor right?
liftedngifted1, Good point.
Hey Laura why aren't you guys on this list?
@liftedngifted1
How the hell did you get highly ranked for that? Seriously, am I the only person getting bored with the 'everyone at engadget is biased towards apple" comments that seem to spring up on just about every article, apple-related or otherwise, that is posted?
@Craig
i don't have a twitter, but you could keep checking out the list of posts with the tag #attfail
Nice
MG Siegler should be on this list.
@The Shadow totally. I added him.
@Laura June
@MoCheeks is also an employee
So... is Scott Forstall actually gonna tweet?
@AckbarsFist Yes, as soon as he gets the reception.
@AckbarsFist No, he just signed up for a twitter to follow Conan O'Brien
where's the witty coffee-guy Gartenburger?
Oh well, at least that fake jobs was fairly amusing even if bordering a little on tasteless
If you're not tweeting, you're doing it wrong.
The Steve Jobs spoof account is hilarious. Makes me laugh every day.
Who should you follow for Linux fans?
@xnox working on that one.
Great list. I suggest following @modmyi for news related to the iPhone Jailbreaking scene
Stephen Fry should be on the list, I suppose. @stephenfry
Thanks for the Macworld mentions Engadget! Much appreciated, and keep up the good work.
good list a few omissions though, which i cant think of off the top of my head.
also follow us @illpodrepair - mostly a mishmash of apple things we find interesting from our the web with some original content from our blog plus our thoughts on almost every apple development.
You guys forgot @AppleRumorsNet. Always ontop of all the Apple news and responds to all their @replys!
You all couldn't find one Apple employee? Sad. Michael Jurewitz (@jurewitz) is one. He's the Developer Tools Evangelist (think Xcode) at Apple and does a great job addressing Objective-C, Xcode, and iPhone SDK questions (that aren't under NDA, of course). His is the closest official Apple Twitter account out there, as he often breaks SDK and Xcode news (such as today's developer release of Xcode 4).
There's also Louie Mantia (@mantia). He's a designer formerly of The Icon Factory (of Twitterrific fame).
@DLDwomen
because of ->

and because I love the advice - "If I look at the men who've failed leading fast-growth companies, it's because they weren’t listening" so true.
also check out DLD's very cool mobile app, where one can watch all the DLD speakers ->

@jocarr
but can they make me a sammich?
One you left out - Arnold Kim (@arnoldkim) from MacRumors.
off topic -- anyone else having trouble with a missing "SUBMIT" button in Safari? i'm having to run slow Camino.
You have to add Macgasm to this list as well (@macgasm)
What the hell? Why would I want to follow ANY fanboy? Even less so APPLE FANBOYS! o_O
To speed up your indoctrination.
You forgot every single jailbreaker. The people who know the phones the best are not represented here at all.
@musclenerd
@planetbeing
@comex
@dev_team
@geohot
@saurik
@ih8sn0w
Come on engadget. You should know better.
@gdisaac07 - agreed, these are the only guys I follow (some of them, at least)
Who do I follow to read more about these lists of who to follow on twitter regarding certain aspects of technology?
Comprehend that one, bitches.
*Smug face.*
You guys forgot @Zyote and @ Cocoia
Both works as graphics designers at apple.
@Writers Corner http://twitter.com/macosken
http://twitter.com/DaveHamilton
http://twitter.com/johnfbraun
How am I the first to add these?!?! They also create the better podcasts for Mac geeks
Huh - Dave Hamilton was mentioned - bah - faulty text search before posting-
STILL JOHNFBRAUN deserves the love too!
Do one on android as well please :D
and don't forget:
@macstoriesnet
@hobbesoh
Not because he's my boss; the guy is a serious, real deal Mac professional, with little use for bylines, that -daily- keeps US/UK companies, that live and die on the Mac, afloat come-what-may.
