No, DMB, or Digital Multimedia Broadcasting, still isn't coming to America, but LG is addressing one of the problems inherent in watching live broadcast TV on your cellphone — namely, whether or not you should to stop to answer that important phone call when you're in the middle of watching the big game or whatever — with a new TiVo-like handset that always stores a cache of what you're watching so you can answer the call and then automatically pick up where you've left off. Seems pretty obvious, but apparently no other DMB-enabled phones have this feature.
