Toshiba's TDP-ET20U projector sports built-in DVD player

It looks like Toshiba has the niche projector market on lock down, and its looking to draw the attention of folks who want to add one to their life without all the extraneous connections typically associated with it. The TDP-ET20U, while labeled a new product of their home cinema lineup, seems quite a bit like the "all-in-one" ET20 (in fact, the U at the end might just signal its US release). Rocking the same "extreme short projection" that gives you maximum picture size at minimal distance, the device sports a WXGA resolution, 1,100 ANSI lumens, a 2,000:1 contrast ratio, built-in 5.1 surround speakers, and most notably, a top-loading DVD player. Aside from all this consolidation, you do get HDMI and component terminals to hook up non-integrated gaming systems and HD DVD / Blu-ray players, should the mood strike you. If picking up that ET20 somehow slipped your mind 'til now, you might as well go for broke and snag the TDP-ET20U for $1,399 instead.
