Cingular to take on AT&T name as buyout approved

It seems like the FCC is kind of going approval happy lately, doesn't it? Keeping with the current motif, the FCC approved AT&T's acquisition of BellSouth on Friday, bringing AT&T's ownership of the Cingular brand name name to 100 percent ownership. With a commitment by AT&T to re-brand Cingular, we wonder what's going to happen to the orange splat, Jack? Can we suggest a... building the tension... blue splat?
