Yelp just announced a fairly substantial app upgrade that’s packed with AI features. These include LLM-powered business summaries, in addition to a completely revamped visual experience across the home feed and search.
Yelp recently introduced a COVID-19 section on its app, allowing businesses to detail the sanitary measures they’ve taken to protect clients. Now, the review site is allowing customers to provide feedback on those practices.
These labels will be added to pages that see a rise in reviews based on what people have seen in the news or social media rather than first-hand experiences.
