40 new cellphones from Nokia next year
Obviously feeling the heat from Samsung, Motorola, and Sony Ericsson (not to mention the gazillions of other obscure phone makers out there), but Nokia says they're going to try and boost marketshare by releasing no fewer than 40 next year (and about two-thirds of those will have built-in cameras). It'll definitely give us plenty to write about, but how about coming out with half as many phones but spend twice as much time on each one? Nah, that'd make too much sense.
