Canadian wireless carrier Bell Mobility overhauled their billing system a few months back, in the process totally screwing things up, in some cases overcharging subscribers by hundreds of dollars a month, and often sending four or five inaccurate bills a month and then piling on the interest when customers refused to pay up. They still haven't fixed things, so in the meantime they're telling customers to just pay whatever they think they owe and that they'll figure everything out later. Amazing.
