Microsoft changing Pocket PC's and Smartphone's name, Magneto imminent
Windows Mobile 2005 (or Magneto, as it were) must be right around the corner (though we were thoroughly disappointed Billy didn't talk it up at the CES keynote he gave like we thought he might) since they've made it clear they're not really going to be calling their Mobile OS variants Pocket PC and Smartphone anymore—now it's just Windows Mobile. This coincides with what we previously told you about both interfaces using dual soft buttons and being one-handed, as well as their merging of features. One Windows Mobile 2005 OS, we're looking forward to it.
