Sometimes the best part about going to things like CES is getting to see the insane stuff that you wish on a lucky star will come to the US, but you just know won't. And sometimes the best part is the totally insane ways really tiny Asian brands try to market themselves in an already overcrowded market. Grand prize winner of both this year is Etalon, and their insanely, impossibly small flash-based DAP, the anodized aluminum-clad m7750a. C'mon, there's just no way you can pass on a "didital audio player" with a "full metal jacket" that has a "strong and durable mental body." Plus it's got a 1.3-inch 112x64 pixel OLED display, 40-hour li-ion battery, line-in and FM, plays MP3, WMA, WAV, and ASF, and comes in sizes up to 1GB. Yeah, we're kind of wondering if those specs are faked, too, but you can't fake that it was 3.5 x 2.1 x 0.26-inches in size and weighed a feathery 1.6-ounces.
