Siemens getting out of the cellphone game?
We'd heard the rumors that Siemens was trying to unload their cellphone division, but are things over there even worse than we thought? According to the Telegraph they're having some serious trouble finding a willing buyer for Siemens Mobile (nothing panned out with Ningbo Bird, a Chinese manufacturer Siemens was said to be in talks with), and barring any sort of last minute deal it looks like they might simply just shut down the profit-challenged division entirely and fire over 5,000 people.
