Nikon's new ones: The D2Hs digital SLR, and the Coolpix 7900, 5900, 7600, 5600, and 4600
About a billion new Nikon digital cameras today. Well, six, actually. Here's the run down:
The heavyweight of the bunch is the DSHs, an updated version of their D2H digital SLR that's going to run $3,499 and is capable of shooting at 8 frames per second for up to 50 images and is compatible with Nikon's WT-2/21 802.11b/g WiFi adapter.

The 7 megapixel Coolpix 7900 and 5.1 megapixel Coolpix 5900, two new compact digital cameras which are basically the same apart from the difference in resolution. Both have a 2-inch LCD screen and a 3x optical zoom.

Nikon's other new 7 megapixel digital camera, the Coolpix 7600 has a 1.8-inch LCD screen, a 3x optical zoom lens, and features like in-camera red eye removal.

Rounding things out are the five megapixel Coolpix 5600 and its four megapixel cousin, the Coolpix 4600. Both are entry level cameras and have in-camera red eye removal, 1.8-inch LCD screens, and 3x optical zoom lenses.
