The Laurstar Magic i-S5: the "world's smartest" iron

Undoubtedly this is just what you've all been waiting for: the world's "smartest" iron. The Laurastar Magic i-S5 iron won't exactly be passing the Turing Test, but it claims to reduce your ironing time by as much as 50% by using some fancy steaming techniques. Cambridge Consultants built some brains into both the iron and the board, delivering dry heat to set fabric when the iron is stationary and including a ventilation system to magically speed the iron along on its fabric fixing task. All well and good, but we think it's not quite brilliant enough until the thing can actually do the ironing for us.
