LG's latest DMB TV phone, the LT1000 and SB1000

LG LT1000 DMB phone

Ever get the feeling that maybe we Americans aren't getting the hottest new phones? Really, you too? Glad it wasn't just us. Looks like LG's biggest customer base, Korea, is in for yet another hot lookin' DMB-capable (that would be a digital terrestrial television broadcasting standard) phone, the LT100. (In case you have to have satellite DMB, they're also releasing the SB1000—same difference) They originally announced the CDMA phone at 3GSM (we're still trying to figure that one out), but now they're showing it off; the device is able to watch TV and make calls at the same time, so if you're Korean you might find conversations with your significant other having quite a few more yeahs and uh huhs; it's also got NTSC out (hot!) and a video capturing feature, which we assume will save all that data to a memory card because it's also got a 1.3-megapixel camera and MP3-playback functionality.
