Another reason not to keep porn on your cameraphone

As if you needed another example this week about why you seriously do not want to carry around XXX pics of yourself on your cameraphone, the Houston Chronicle is reporting on the story of woman in Texas who was pulled over on suspicion of DUI late last year, only to have one of the cops who arrested her copy some of the explicit photos she had taken of herself with her phone to his PDA (why he was going through her cellphone or how he copied the pics to his PDA isn't exactly clear). But it gets better/worse. Clearly convinced that she liked to party, two weeks later the cop called her at home to ask her out on a date. That didn't go anywhere (he claims he was just trying to help her find an attorney), so then a few weeks after that he decided it'd be totally cool to show a bailiff and assistant district attorney her nude pics on the day of her court hearing. The officer has been reassigned pending an investigation.
1. There must be information missing from all of this. It sounds pretty ridiculous.
2. The court hearing should have been on "Judge Mathis"

Free Idea:
Create an app/service that allows proximity swapping of xxx pics from camera phones/pdas/etc.
Only pics taken with device allowed. Pics must be approved by service provider and can even be swapped based on presubmitted and qualified body type criteria.
Ok so where are the pics then... did i miss them? i want to see them! Was she worth all the hype? Any story about naked pics should include or link to naked pics... period. =)
Out of all the pictures to show for this story. Well, she is asian.
Why would pics want to be approved by the service provider if you're only swapping them with people in your proximity? Seems to me that's none of their business.
If I can already Bluetooth pics to people in my vicinity now, any other application of the same thing should be more functional, not less functional
Hm.. there are many add-on application that can protect personal images or contacts. Why didn't that lady buy and install one? I wonder how can people get careless with that stuff, while in fact protection is available almost everywhere with relatively cheap price.
