The BalBot stands on its own two, er, wheels
We could make light comparisons about the BalBot to the Segway, but when it comes to upright self-balancing devices, we're going to have to say that the BalBot trumps out all others in sheer nerdiness. Prepare to get your $480 robot in pieces—lots of them that you'll have to assemble (don't worry, you won't have to solder)—and they don't forget all the C code and compilers you're going to need to make sure it can take a stand. Bonus points for the first one to make a drunken-BalBot plugin!
