Pantech's PG-8000
So this new one from Pantech is relatively tame as compared to some of their more, shall we say, experimental offerings, but they did manage to remix the usual phone interface a bit on the PG-8000. It sports a 2.1 megapixel CCD, Bluetooth, USB, MP3/AAC playback, FM radio, and can take RS-MMC cards for extra memory. As with all such righteously featured and uncrippled phones, don't hold you breath on ever seeing it this side of the Atlantic.

Thats just....... ugly. Yuk!
Realistically the layout is.... realistic? Looks like it could work with minimal headaches. I saw this Tuesday along with some other products at their site. The other one was the Wildseed with changable personality skins. Looks cool - but I'll stick with my sidekickII uneil the HTC Universal comes out (hopefully eith an EDGE version) for the US.
Whoa! It's like....a leetle tiny microwave!
Is it just me, or does this thing look like a microwave?
This is one of the worst designs I've ever seen. What's with the keypad and 'joystick' placement?
Looks like a microwave oven (door on left, keypad on right).
Does anyone else notice how the buttons run length wise? (when you hold this like a regular phone, all the numbers will be turned on their side)
This thing looks kinda thick too, it reminds me of my moms camera (but with a sticker with numbers on the side)
