XM + Napster get into bed, too--damn, XM!

XM + Napster

Sheesh, XM sure does get around these days—late yesterday they announced a partnership with Napster, called XM + Napster as it were (note the dominant and submissive in this relationship), to provide integrated music-purchasing with their satellite radio service. Which basically means starting in the fourth quarter this year, you'll be able to bookmark tracks you hear on XM with forthcoming player devices, and automatically pick 'em up on Napster when you get home. So between XM and Samsung getting jiggy with the hardware, and XM and Napster getting jiggy on the content, Sirius and Apple must really be kicking dirt right now.
