What we're watching and why:
When I was getting ready to make my first trip to Europe in 1996, my friend and traveling companion drilled into my mind: Rick Steves, Rick Steves. He was the international travel guru, especially for bargain trips, I was told. So I held to the advice of both my friend and Steves and enjoyed a nice trip throughout Europe. Now you can see tonight's premiere of Rick traveling in "Belgium: Bruges and Brussels" in high def. Rick Steves' Europe is on HDNet at 8:30 and 11:30 p.m.
