Nintendo Revolution controller in action

Nintendo Revolution controller video

So IGN was able to film what we presume is the promo video for the Nintendo Revolution controller at what we also presume was the Nintendo event at the Tokyo Game Show. We encourage you to watch it for yourselves, but let us just say this: whereas it does indeed seem like a good idea, it's pretty idealistic for Nintendo to assume this controller can accurately track the device's position in real space as demonstrated in the video; and maybe even assumptive that gamers would rather flick their wrist a thousand times making Mario jump rather than pressing a button. That said, we can't wait until the moment when we too can wirelessly drill video game teeth like that one dude.

Update: Ok, so the people who we linked to are taking advantage of their uses. The video is here, but don't say we didn't warn you if you get hit with some questionable ads or something.
