ESPN's Sanyo MVP EV-DO phone
We might have pegged Sanyo to pop out a nice new EV-DO phone like the MVP—with its 2.1-inch 260k color QVGA display, 1.3 megapixel camera, and MiniSD slot—as run of the mill Japan, but probably not as Mobile ESPN's first announced device. We got to check out the Sanyo MVP last night, and it definitely felt like a well built piece of Sanyo gear (as usual), and it certainly has the specs to back it all up. Unfortunately the MVP ran a little large and weighted in the hand, but you'll be fine throwing that in your golf bag so you can get your sports clips fill while your boss mulls over his club options for like fifteen minutes.
