Sony's Sugo Roku DVR is compatible with the PSP
Sony's putting out a new DVR, the Sugo Roku RDR-AX75, that features compatibility with the
PSP — you'll be able to transfer video to a memory
stick via USB. The new Sugo Roku will supposedly offer faster transfer speeds than with the
PSX, being able to transfer an hour of video in
about two minutes. If you run out of space on one memory stick, it'll split the file and allow you to bridge multiple
memory sticks. The 250GB hard drive-endowed device is gonna be debuting in Japan in a month from now at a price of
about $700, and will only be compatible with PSP firmware version 2.50 or above — of course.

Will this device be availabale outside Japan?? I hope so - but I doubt..
I think RokuLabs cannot be too happy about the name!
This seems to have similar specs to the sony DHG HDD-250. The USB port on mine is labeled "for future use". Does that mean a software upgrade to pull shows off this to a memory stick is coming?
There are devices like the soon to be released Neuros Recorder that will allow PSP owners to get video content on their PSP for a lot less money.
