Warren Miller does skiing through HD
Warren Miller is going high-def this year the "Higher Ground" movie sets out to document downhill skiers. This is going to be a first for the part documentary, part action film genre. The film showcases downhill skiers in beautiful high-def. We may need to modify our poll for the best sport in HD 'cause this film is going to be sweet. Plus, it's on tour across the country so you are not going to watch this puppy on your 50-inch DLP.
I'm not big into the action sports culture but this might be worth seeing. The film will hit the slopes in 195 US cities starting in October and going through December.
