They go in deep over the issues of trying to sell consumers on high definition content, and my favorite aspect, "giving customers what they want, when they want it, where they want it, and they only want to pay for it once" describes me to a T. That's one of the reasons I've been so unwilling to favor Blu-ray or HD-DVD until they are released, because the only thing I know about the people providing content for these formats is they would rather treat me as a potential criminal than a customer.
