FriskerPRO wearable metal detector

After witnessing all the fun that airport screeners have patting down uncomfortable passengers, we began looking for a way that we could creep people out beyond the confines of JFK or LaGuardia. Fortunately for us, but rather unfortunately for future Engadget meetup attendees, we discovered Paradigm Tactical Products' FriskerPRO wearable metal detector, a device that totally outclasses the wand-shaped detectors we had grown accustomed to in high school. The Frisker simply slips over the user's hand, leaving his/her fingers free for cavity-searching those hard to reach spots, and is sensitive enough to detect "a staple secreted in a cheek lining of the mouth." So there you have it: if you were planning on sneaking any staples into the next meetup (to hard reset our Treos, perhaps), good luck getting past 7 editors with a Frisker on each hand fondling every gadgethead at the door.

FriskerPRO? What makes a Frisker a pro? Is there an amateur model? Perhaps the name is to distinguish it from models used by frisking fetishists. You know, friskerphiliacs. If you're a FriskerPRO, does that preclude representing your country at the olympics? The friskolympiad? Friskolympiad XVIII?
