PS3 controller design here to stay, according to Sony exec
According to Japanese gaming-mag Famitsu, a Sony exec. has denied rumors that a redesigned PS3 controller would be unveiled at this January's CES in Las Vegas. With all the praise being heaped on the 360's new wireless wonder, the enduring popularity of the good-old DualShock, and the harsh reception the "boomerang" controller has received from all levels of the gaming world, its notable that they would stick to it. Here at Joystiq we like a challenge, so we'll say it: since no one has experienced the controller hands-on, perhaps Sony knows what they're doing.
