Nov.23: What's on HDTV today

Kenny Chesney

What we're watching
:

Although he lost the "Entertainer of the Year" award to Keith Urban at the recent CMA's, Kenny Chesney is still a force to be reckoned with in the Country music industry. I think he's getting a little too "Jimmy Buffet-like", but I'll leave it up to you. [Note to Parrotheads: it's not that I don't like Buffet, I just like musicians to be original!]

You can help me decide if my observations are right when ABC airs "Kenny Chesney: Somewhere in the Sun" tonight at 8 p.m. in 720p and Dolby Digital sound. The one-hour special will include both performances and behind the scenes look at Kenny's recent concert tour.

Oh, for the record: I was lucky enough to see Keith Urban in his first live concert after winning the "Entertainer of the Year" award last week. Yes he deserved it and yes, Nicole Kidman was in the house!

After the jump is our traditional listing of HD programs throughout the night.
