The Bandai BN-17 Swiffer bot
It's no Roomba, but for those of you who like their cleaning robots to be a little more anthropomorphized than a thick roving disc, you just can't beat this Bandai BN-17 robot for your floor Swiffering needs. What's more, this companion robot can also handle your email and act as a security system presumably being most effective against intruders with dust mite allergies. Yeah, but we'll bet it can't herd your children into compliance, so there.

How lazy do you have to be, to need to buy an expensive robot to run a "swiffer" around the kitchen?

You know, these aren't new at all. When I was a kid I remember this letter robot I was given for my birthday that you could put a little broom (or crayon) in its hands and it had a low power vacuum under its treads. And it definately didnt cost more than $100. Ah the good old days...
