360 controller cameo in Windows Live Local service

An Xbox 360 controller (of the wireless distinction) is visible on the dashboard of the car in Microsoft's new street-level Windows Live Local, a part of their Virtual Earth service.

The controller doesn't appear to do anything except sit there, dutifully building brand awareness. If the interface wasn't as simplistic as Myst's--but slower--being able to use your 360 controller to virtually drive around a city would be pretty cool. For now, I'll put it into walk mode and ditch the whole silly driving interface.
