Info-tek announces three hard drive-based devices

Our boys over at Info-tek (makers ofb the GeCube line of swag) have announnced a trio of rather uninspiringly-named hard drive based devices. First up is their portable media player, for which their brilliant marketing department must have done hundreds of hours of surveys to come up with the name...Portable Media Player. Nothing special on this 20GB job; you get a 3.5-inch screen at what we suspect will be a pretty low price. Next we have the similarly-inspired Digital Photo Frame. It's a digital photo frame. Specs-wise you get a 120GB hard drive, 7-inch widescreen display, and MP3 and DiVX playback. Finally, Team Info-tek is dropping (for the last time people, it means releasing: get over it) a portable video recorder that encodes footage from DV cams and other sources into MPEG-4 for playback on any display. No word yet on price or release date, but we suspect these products will be available either sooner or later in the general range of $100 to $1000. Click click for more pics...
