Hitachi inspires their next 9 PCs

Hitachi just got a bunch of inspiration for their PC line, which is quite good since "Inspire the next" is their slogan. So let's welcome the next nine desktops and notebooks in the Prius line; and before you ask: no, these aren't hybrid computers running on electric and gas. The Prius Deck DH75P2 and DH73P2 run a 2.8GHz CPU, are 720p capable for high-def on the 20-inch display and appears to have a funky optical drive just under the monitor (can't be sure just yet, but it sorta make sense, no?). The 'Deck runs WMCE so the choice of 230 or 500GB of storage should be easy for you since recorded HD just eats hard drive capacity for lunch. The WMCE remote matches the brushed steel industrial tower look, so you'll be stylin' while watching your vids from either the digital or analog tuner.

Prius Air

Hitachi's Prius Air AR75P and AR37P desktops come in two flavas: 26-inch or the the svelte 17-inch. Both have dual TV tuners for WMCE and you can opt for a 3GHz P4 or 3.2GHz Celeron (we wouldn't if you're into high-def). Storage seems set on the 350GB drive, RAM is either 512MB or 1GB and the 720p res monitors should do the job. We gotta ask why the 17-inch laptop-ish model is listed at 1208 x 768; more than likely that's 1280 x 768.

Prius One

The two different Prius One models look like smaller versions for the Prius Desk with that same optical drive slot under the display, same dual TV tuner but less horsepower, storage and viewing area. The AW37P, AW35P, and AW33P are 20- or 17-inches and run a Celeron M 380 at 1.6GHz. Storage tops out at 320 gigs for these budget-minded media centers.

Prius Note

There's inspiration for the laptops too with the PN37PT and PN33P. Both Prius Note's are Celeron cores at 1.6Ghz, 512MB of RAM and 1024 x 768 res on the 15-inch screens with your choice of 80 or 100GB hard drives. Actually, these don't appear that inspiring. Did 'tachi use up the inspiration on the desktops? What, no dual-cores?
