Who cares if it is fake or not, the company is gonna release it anyway right? personnaly, i have 1 original, 3 pockets, 2 colors, 1 advance, and1 sp. Also i have a ds, but i could care less if ir is smaller or lighter, the system is still going to be the same right? it might be a good move though, becuase it seems consumers are in the mindset of "It's smaller, that must make it better" in Ninentendos thoughts also. but hey, i like my old clunker, and i always will, even over the psp.

fake, yet pretty good, if you watch the lite closely you can see it move out of sync with the camera jitter.
I just wanna see it from the sides.
Finaly! The old one was just too big for my small hands, and a way to adjust brightnes was really missing on the old version!
Um, did you notice that the file name of that video is 'DS Lite CG'? Yeah, me thinks it's fake...
I almost wish it was bigger. And had a grip to hold with one hand.

is the screen that much bigger on the lite ?
"could be real" ?? It is specified "CG", which means it is not a real one... so why lie to your readers? what is the point?
The thickness is the main difference between the 2 consoles, and it is not shown...

Its fake, IMO because the damn thing jumps a bit when the camera zooms in. If you watch closely, you can see it jump right before the DS wipes the viewing area.
If this WAS real, and if they had enough time to pan in and out, and rotate it and make it all theatrical....it shouldnt look like crap.
Yeah, the DS jitters, you can see it when the lids are closed and the camera's moving down.
Even the video description says

I'm glad it's fake, and I hope the real one doesn't look like this. That would mean they were actually able to get the two screens farther apart....
Why does Nintendo come out with these redesigned portables. I have a DS and now this. I like it but I don't want to buy a new one. Also, if you already have a DS, How do you transfer your profile to your new DS? Mario Kart treats your DS and the game as a whole, so it's not supposed to work.

This video is a blatant fake,the DS Lite actually changes its angle on the table, if you look at the very start the bottom right hand site of the lite is behind the bottom right of the ds phat, and when the camera rotates, its lined up.
You know, even though this is fake, it gives a much better idea of how the system may look. If it looks like this, I want it enough to sell my old DS!!

This video is clearly fake, how a person could possibly get a mock up of the Lite, when its probably not even started production yet, I dont know. Also The DS Lite seems really pointless to me. Its like....barely 50g less weight...i guess nintendo fanboys were spamming the nintendo Forums with complaints that their arms were getting tired while holding the original DS.Point is, Lite is idiotic, DS is still cool tho.

Ninteno has officially released detailed images and dimensional specs. Armed with that information, it's relatively easy to create a mockup lite with CG that's accurately in proportion with the standard DS dimensions.
One one hand, it's nice that Nintendo releases hardware updates and improvements. At the same time, it's kind of a slap in the face to anyone who purchased the older, now out-of-date hardware.
Looks to me like they're mainly trying to apply the Revolution style to it. A kind of standardization in hardware marketing, if you will.
