Toshiba Gigashot GSC-R50 / GSC-R60 finally launched?
Looks like we're getting dangerously close Toshiba's launch of the Gigashot R-series GSC-R50 and GSC-R60 hard drive camcorders, which were supposedly due out this month. So here's to hoping they make that February 25th (Japanese) launch date so we can get our digital video on in 720 x 480 (stills come in 1.25 megapixels) with that 2.5-inch screen. If they hold true to their word at CES, supposedly we'll only have to cough up $799 for the privilege of using the 30GB R30, and $999 for the 60GB R60.
