Hands, um, off with the LongPen
Remember Margaret Atwood's LongPen book signing system from a bit ago? Curious at all about how it works, what the deal is with it? Well, peep Unotchit's (pronounced you-no-touch-it, is that a rimshot we hear?) site, the company she formed in 2004 to create the LongPen. Yeah, the real deal's a little more disappointing than the robohand we pictured before, letting our imaginations getting away with us, but hearing Atwood monologue about what a pain it is being a famous writer and flying here and there to sign books, that's worth a watch and a chuckle if nothing else.
