We of course don't recommend the latter option, but Sprint Nextel is offering a new service to mobile customers that allows unlimited calling on your cell to and from a single set number, whatever that number may be. For $5 a month consumers can get in on the action, but only residential landlines are allowed. Business customers with service plans of $50 or greater can sign up a business line for $8 a month. Neither service counts the calls against your plan minutes, and it Sprint doesn't mind which service provider is running the receiving line, so feel free to chat it up.
