Japan gets limited edition World Cup 360
If Xbox 360s continue to collect dust in Japan, it won't be because of a lack of outreach to the country's soccer fans. Microsoft will offer 10,000 2006 FIFA World Cup limited edition Xbox 360 packages including the struggling Japanese version of the console, a copy of 2006 FIFA World Cup by EA and an Adidas faceplate in the national squad's team colors. Play-Asia.com has it available April 27 for US $429.90. A nice score for disinterested Japanese gamers and those desperate to play NTSC/J games.
Now how about a limited edition for the markets that actually appreciate the 360?
