As part of an employee perks package intended to retain and attract programming talent, Microsoft has reinstated its "free towels for the company showers" offer alongside better canteen food and a free laundry service. The towels were cut two years ago when a human resources director from... wait for it... Dell, the company that mastered cost cutting, decided to scrap them. So, who reckons Sigil would have stayed had Microsoft granted them access to fresh, clean towels for the post-meeting showers?
